My wife and I bought each other one for Birthday! We really like them and appreciate their fantastic audio quality. The video quality is also very good - much better than I thought it would be. I am ny no means an IT expert, so I was thankful that it was very simple to use & the ITunes site is very user friendly - plus the Apple shops do great little demos / tutorials to assist "newbies" like us!
The only annoying thing is that the battery doesn't seem to last that long, especially if you're playing the videos a lot.

I love my ipod. User friendly, you can use it straight out of the box, just "plug and play", well plug add your songs and play. no instructions needed! I got a skin (a little protective case that you can buy) straight away so hopefully no scratches. The battery life is fine, probally the one thing i could make better. itunes is good though it would be great if you could just drop songs onto the iPod without using it.. All in all I'm very happy.

Customer review for Amazon

Amazon is a Good place to buy from. I cannot believe that there is actually anyone left in the country who has not bought something from Amazon at one time in their life. But still i guess there will be a few people just only getting online now. Amazon is not always the cheapest (many times it is), but certainly always one of the cheapest and is usually the cheapest of the well known brands. Places like HMV, Virgin and WH smith are normally a few more and even Play.com is usually the only big brand to compete. There are usually if you want to look cheaper smaller independent out there. Though check they don't whack on expensive delivery charge (Amazon is normally Free). The biggest problem with these sites is usually trust. 99% thing will go fine, but when they do go wrong do you have the back up of a money back / exchange - That's what you get from the big brands usually is that extra trust. I know its not always the case. But the only problems I have ever had buying things online was from a smaller site.
