UK Express
Items order before 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be delivered with on the next work day, for Friday this will be following Monday. Items order after 12pm will be delivered 2 working days later, So any order placed after 12pm on Thursday will arrive the following Monday and any order placed after 12pm Friday, all day saturday and sunday will arrive the following Tuesday. UK express delivery requires a signature on delivery and costs £7.95. However is Free for orders over £100. Often at periods of special occasions, e.g. Christmas or Valentines LaSenza will discount this service in order for you to get your items in time for the special day.

Europe
If you wish for your order to be sent to another European country other than the UK, this will take up to two weeks to arrive (7-10 working days) and costs £7.95. There are usually no discounts on this service regardless of value of sale.

Worldwide Shipping
If you wish for your order to be sent to another country outside Europe, this will take up to 3 weeks to arrive (10-12 working days) and costs £14.95. There are usually no discounts on this service regardless of value of sale.

When you do decide to order some lingerie from La Senza you will discover that all order come with a free complementary gift box adding to the quality of the service you will receive from La Senza. The well trained staff carefully wrap all your ordered items in delicate tissue paper and add their renowned scented beads as an extra special favour. Then your purchases will placed in there stylish customised lingerie gift boxes.

When your order arrives it will be packaged in anonymous brown cardboard so as not to spoil any surprises. Unfortunately La senza only offers one gift box per order, so if you want items packaged separately you will need to order these separately.
