Marks & Spencer deliver to addresses throughout the UK. Your postal address and order content will determine what delivery services are available to you and the cost of delivery. If there is an issue regarding your order, please take it up with M&S directly.

Standard delivery

If you spend over £30 on an order to a single address (standard delivery), you qualify for free delivery.

Clothing, homeware, wine, gifts and gift vouchers: This takes 3-5 working days when the product is in stock and the charge is £3.50 per delivery. If you have several items and you choose to group your items into a single delivery, you will have to wait until the last becomes available. If you have furniture or pre-order items in your order this could take up to a few weeks.

Furniture: This takes between 2 and 8 weeks and delivery is FREE. Ready To Go Furniture will be delivered within 2 weeks and delivery is FREE.

Flowers by post: Your flowers will be delivered by Royal Mail first class post. Your order will arrive within 3 working days of the date you select when ordering and delivery is included in the price of the flowers so you will not have to pay a separate delivery charge. The earliest delivery date for orders placed on Sunday will be the following Wednesday. If you order Flowers by Post after 3pm on a Friday, your order will not be despatched until the following Monday as Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday.

Nominated/next day delivery

Clothing, homeware, wine, gifts and gift vouchers: you can choose nominated day delivery. If the order is placed by 12 noon, you have the option of selecting a specific delivery date over the next few days. The charge is £1.45 on top of the standard delivery charge, a total of £4.95.

Flower bouquets and fruit baskets: we offer nominated day delivery, including next day delivery when the order for flowers is placed by 5pm and 1pm for fruit baskets. The earliest delivery date for orders placed on Sunday will be the following Tuesday. The delivery charge is included in the price so you have no extra delivery charge to pay.

Bulky items

If your item cannot reasonably be delivered for the £3.50 charge, a supplementary charge may be added. The additional charge is flagged on the product detail page where this occurs. There is a charge of £5 extra per item for bulky items, including fragile home furnishings and large gadgets.

Gift wrapping

The gift wrapping service costs £2.95 per item, which includes a free gift message. The most appropriate type of gift wrapping will be selected for the item ordered. Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to amend the gift message without cancelling the order and placing a new one. Gift wrapping is non refundable unless in accordance with your legal rights.

If an item is too big or awkwardly shaped to be gift wrapped M&S will let you know. Wine cases cannot be gift wrapped, but a personal message in a gift card can be attached.

Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 7 working days. There is only a 48 hour delivery service available for some postcodes. The earliest delivery date for orders placed on Sunday will be the following Tuesday and the following Wednesday for 48 hour delivery postcodes.
